You’ll learn:

• Identify red flags in dating and relationships before they escalate
• Start to rebuild trust in yourself and your own intuition

Week 2 (02/07/2025)

• Identify your attachment style (anxious, avoidant, secure) and spot how it plays out in love and conflict
• Uncover the link between childhood trauma, abandonment wounds, and self-worth
• Pinpoint how unmet childhood needs trigger toxic relationship patterns
• Join a powerful guided Inner Child Meditation to reconnect with your younger self, soothe emotional wounds, and start re-parenting with care

Week 3 (09/07/2025)

• Explore the 4 A’s to healing
• Use the exclusive Frequency Pyramid to shift your energy and align with what you truly want
• Hear Jessica’s real, raw story and see how choosing differently changed everything
