How long we retain your data
Data input into our event registration, award nominations or consultation forms on this website are stored securely on our web server. Our web server is based in the UK.
Event registration data is cleared every three months.
Award nomination data is cleared three months after the awards evening.
Consultation data is cleared three months after the consultation closes.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
