Relaxing Sound Bath with The Raven Tree

A sound bath made for this space. The Raven Tree bring a relaxing sound bath to St Marie’s Church, where the acoustics will really come into their own!

Settle in, and get comfortable. Most people lie down, with chairs available if you prefer to sit.

Bowls, gongs and drums will fill the majestic space, and you simply listen as the sound moves around you.  The vibrations help to clear away stagnant energy and support a feeling of restoration and renewal, without you having to do anything at all.

Give yourself time to rest and let the sound carry you.

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and eye mask so you can relax properly. Warm, comfortable clothing recommended.
Spare mats are available.
