This three-week wellbeing course is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rebuild your sense of self-worth in a calm, supportive space.
Reclaiming You
Across three Fridays, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that shape how you see yourself, look at what triggers stress and overwhelm, and gently begin to shift the habits that keep you stuck.
Week One focuses on belief systems, self-regulation, and understanding what sets us off.
Week Two turns to self-care, self-love, and gratitude, and how small mindset shifts can change how we experience daily life.
Week Three brings everything together with reflection, connection, and a relaxed social session to close the course.
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about creating space to think, talk, and feel more like you again.
The course runs over three consecutive Fridays: 6th, 13th and 20th March 2026. Your booking for the 6th March covers ALL 3 dates.
Places are limited to ten women to keep the group small and supportive.
If you’re ready to step out of survival mode and into something steadier, this is for you.
