What The Empower Her Course Is

The Empower Her course isn’t a lecture, and it’s not therapy. It’s a guided, supportive space led by psychotherapist Lianne Terry. You’ll explore confidence, boundaries, emotions, and resilience step by step.

You’ll learn practical tools to understand yourself better, manage difficult emotions, and let go of the guilt and self-doubt that hold you back. Each week builds on the last, helping you move from awareness to action, and from surviving to thriving.

Who The Empower Her Course Is For

Empower Her is for women who:

  • Struggle with low self-esteem or self-doubt
  • Find it hard to say no, set limits, or prioritise themselves
  • Have been through difficult or draining relationships
  • Want to manage emotions, triggers, and stress more calmly
  • Feel ready to move forward but aren’t sure where to start

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to show up, be open to learning, growing, and reconnecting with the woman you’re becoming.

What You’ll Experience

Each week the Empower Her course focuses on one key theme:

1. Confidence and Self-Esteem
Reconnect with your strengths, challenge your inner critic, and rediscover your self-worth.

2. Boundaries and Letting Go of Guilt
Learn how to say no without apology and protect your peace.

3. Breaking Patterns and Building Healthy Relationships
Recognise unhealthy dynamics and redefine what safety and respect look like.

4. Managing Difficult Emotions and Self-Compassion
Understand your triggers, practise emotional regulation, and bring kindness back to yourself.

5. Self-Care and Building Resilience
Create a realistic self-care plan that works for you — not another thing to feel guilty about.

6. Rebuilding Hope and Looking Forward
Shape your vision for the future, no matter how small the first step feels.

You’ll join a women-only group where every voice matters. There’s no judgement, no pressure to share more than you want, and plenty of laughter along the way. It’s practical, heart-centered learning – not theory or fluff.

Meet Your Course Leader – Lianne Terry

Lianne Terry is a qualified psychotherapist who combines Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred counselling to help women find happiness and healing. She specialises in exploring relationships, family dynamics, and the process of healing childhood wounds. Having walked her own path toward self-empowerment, Lianne understands what it takes to face the past and rebuild from it.

Her approach is gentle, warm, and grounded in empathy. She creates a safe, confidential environment where real growth happens – at your pace, in your way.
