Who we share your data with
Information submitted through our contact, booking, and nomination forms may be shared with relevant members of the Fortuna Female Society Trustees and Committee. Award nomination details are also shared with appointed awards judges for assessment purposes. Event booking details are provided to the designated organiser for event management purposes.
Email addresses collected for our mailing list are used solely for communication from Fortuna Female Society. Mailing list data is securely stored and is not shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Event registration data is stored securely on our server and cleared every three months.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes
