Women's Drumming Circle

Designed for women experiencing hormonal changes, menopause, or emotional overwhelm, this Women’s Drumming Circle offers focused support in a calm, structured setting.

Join Amanda, a shamanic practitioner, as she leads the session using rhythm, intention and presence to support release and restore balance.

During the hour, we drum, move and chant together to create connection, grounding and a return to your own rhythm.

No experience is needed. Drums are provided, or you can bring your own.

We hold the circle in gentle ceremony and include a releasing fire ceremony.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle small.
