Lianne Terry is a passionate and empowering Psychotherapist who combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Person-Centred Therapy to guide her clients toward authentic happiness and self-discovery. Lianne works with clients to find their way through anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and general life problems. Lianne’s therapeutic approach is characterised by its gentleness and warmth, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client.
